Last Thursday I was at the Kromme River again (yes I am lucky). It is almost at the southern most point of Africa. It's like paradise for me. I can run and sniff where I like. I swim in the river (tidal, eight miles to the sea). I even chased some naughty monkeys. And, guess what? The very naughty baboons may have bent the satellite dish! Not good news for John and Patricia watching the Ryder Cup. Here are some pictures.

Hi
Here is a wonderful story about a fellow German Shepherd called Capitan from the Argentine in South America.
Humans may be amazed at such loyalty. I am not - loyalty until death is a the core of our genes.
Capitan - I salute you. Good luck.

Hi
I have been fetching the paper in the morning for sometime now. John thinks I just automatically obey! No way! We German Shepherds are always the boss. John took this video on 11th Septemner 2012 to show how subservient and obedient I am. I know what he wants: Lap dog obedience. What a joke. Watch how I tease John before I take the paper to Patricia. Wise up guys! I am number One! I am in charge!

Sorry about the portrait mode. I thought John knew the difference between landscape mode and portrait mode. Oh well, he can't help being a slow learner. These things are sent to try us German Shepherds.
PS I am just over 18 months old now. As we German Shepherds know this is when we really must stamp our authority on our owners. Don't tell John and Pat!
Bye

At the Club this afternoon I met Sniper. Quite a looker! Sniper told me that he really enjoys coming to the Club. He brings Eva with him so that she can have a good time too.
