A tasty scent at the German Shepherd Club!

You will find out below about that tasty scent in the air at the German Shepherd Club this evening! I can't stop thinking about it. But first some pictures from this afternoon.

Owner Eva with Jingle

Owner Elise with Karly

Now, about that scent in the air. I first got a whiff of it when I was in my box. My mouth started to water. It smelled delicious! Food! And then what? There was Patricia and John eating the very food that smelled so good. It was curried mince that Eva had made for the owners. You know what? They did not give me any. Also, Jingle and Karly missed out too. Oh well. Maybe next time.

German Shepherd on Bed

Here is a picture of my owner Patricia having a rest after I took her to owner training. I decided to lie down next to her to cheer her up.

Precious china

John and Patricia went to this China shop in Kalk Bay, Caperown They say it is a treasure house. It is called Whatnot. That is Gladys in the picture. She is famous for her knowledge about old precious china. There are 1000s of pieces. What would have happened if I wagged my tail there!

Severe wind and rain in Port Elizabeth

After a very hot morning we experienced a severe wind and rain storm in Port Elizabeth. John took the video. There was lots of thunder!

I am sorry to add a very sad message. This morning at a traffic intersection near our home in Port Elizabeth there was a terrible road accident. A motor cycle collided with a car. The young man and young girl who were on the motor cycle were killed. Very. very sad.

Cape Town Contrasts

Patricia and John went to Cape Town for a few days last week.
What a beautiful place.
What contrasts.

Peace
The moon over Devil's Peak Cape Town
South Africa
Just after dawn
Phil and John's garden in Newlands, Cape Town
South Africa

Limitless Power
The surging sea
At the sea wall
Kalk Bay
South Afica

Maybe I'll see Cape Town one day!

And now for a treat!

Below is a picture of a South African Protea taken by John in the garden of Phil and John Rogers in Newlands, Cape Town, South Africa.
The Western Cape has a world famous reputation for the beauty of its flowers. Now you know why.
